You’ll find that our initial phone call with you is designed to ascertain as many details and concerns about the building and roof that you have. Any previous roof work history about your roof is important to share with us. Once our Commercial Team inspects your roof, you will be provided with a very detailed and organized report/proposal with specific findings, photos and recommendations. We call this our “storybook” because it truly does tell the story about what’s happening with the roof and includes the various options you might have for a great ending to your roofing project!
Lyons Roofing strongly believes in keeping up-to-date with new and improved roofing practices and methods and we are aware of added and revised Arizona Building Codes as they occur. We want our clients to feel that Lyons Roofing puts the “expert” in expertise!
Upon completion of your repair work, a final inspection is conducted, and pictures are taken which are added to your account. For those repairs that carry a Lyons Roofing warranty, you will be provided with a written warranty document for your records.

We recommend that you contract with Lyons Roofing to clean, inspect and repair sealants on your roof at least once per year. More complex and larger roofs would benefit from this service semi-annually or even quarterly. Our team is certified to work on your Spray Polyurethane Foam and Modified Bitumen roofs and we install elastomeric acrylic and silicone coatings on just about every other flat roof type as well including TPO, EPDM, and other Single-Ply roofing material.

The time needed for a repair depends on the extent of damage and the scope of work recommended. Some repairs can be done in less than a day. Other repairs may take a bit longer. Your Commercial Project Specialist will provide every repair option available for your roof in our report/proposal.
