Important Warranty Transfer Terms

• Manufacturer defects deemed our liability.
• If you’re within our service area, the warranty is transferable for free.
• If the home is sold outside the service area, the warranty may not be transferable.
• After 3 years, the warranty may still qualify for one additional transfer. Contact the representative for the complete terms.
• Any repairs identified during inspection must be completed prior to transfer approval.
• If any related repairs are not completed, the warranty will not be transferred.

Why an Inspection Is Required

We’re not just checking a box here. We genuinely protect each and every property. A warranty transfer only works if the roof has been properly maintained and hasn’t developed issues that could affect long-term performance.
