With our roof maintenance program, we can customize the correct frequency of scheduled CIR (Clean/Inspect/Repair) appointments. Some roofs need to be cleaned more than once annually, particularly if there are numerous trees and abundant foliage surrounding the building. Other roofs do just fine with an annual cleaning. We recommend your commercial roof is inspected at least once annually. Complex roof systems and larger roof systems should be inspected semi-annually to help prevent small issues from turning into large ones.
We are experts with the following commercial roof systems: Spray Polyurethane Foam roofs, Tile & Shingle Roofs, Modified Bitumen, plus a variety of Single-Ply applications.
With advanced scheduling, we are happy to work around your business schedule providing there is sufficient daylight to work on your roof. Keep in mind that during the extremely hot summer months, all roof work starts early in the morning. It’s dangerously hot and we will never compromise safety for our team or yours.
Full inspections, cleaning of the entire roof, refresh of sealants around penetrations/pipejacks, some shingle and broken tile repair/replacement, some coating touch up and detailed reporting are offered through our roof maintenance service.
